We do not offer returns on our products, however if your pre-ordered product is less than satisfactory please give us a call at 512.387.0605 and our hospitality team will be able to assist you.
For those items that have been shipped and arrived damaged please give us a call or email (email@example.com) and we will either expedite a replacement, refund your purchase, or give you store credit.
Due to the nature of our products, we currently only offer shipping for our sweetie boxes. We can ship to any commercial or residential address in the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
